Frequently asked questions
Everything we get asked about Reverie — pricing, memory, languages, privacy, characters. If something's missing, ping our support on Telegram.
How much does Reverie cost?
Free to try. You get a starting energy balance when you first open the bot — enough to start a real conversation with any character. After that, energy refills via the daily bonus, the lucky wheel, or small one-time top-ups (priced in TON or Telegram Stars, starting around $0.50). There is no subscription. You only pay for what you use, and many users never need to pay at all.
Do characters remember our previous conversations?
Yes. Characters keep memory across days, weeks and months. When you open the bot later, the conversation picks up exactly where you left it — names, choices, in-jokes, small details. That persistence is the central design choice; without memory, AI character chat is just a chatbot.
What languages does Reverie support?
English and Russian. Characters switch instantly depending on what you write to them, and they keep their voice in either language — the tone, pacing, and personality all carry across the language barrier.
How many characters are there? Who are they?
A growing cast of characters. Originals — Mia, Vera, Ada and others in rotation — written from scratch for Reverie. Reimagined from existing fiction — Makima (Chainsaw Man), Alice (games), Shadowheart (Baldur's Gate 3), Tifa (Final Fantasy 7), Nezuko (Demon Slayer).
How do payments work?
Telegram Stars or TON cryptocurrency, both inside Telegram. No external payment form, no credit card entry, no third-party redirect. The smallest energy pack is around $0.50; the largest is a few dollars. No subscription — you top up only when (and if) you want to.
Is my conversation private?
Yes. Conversations stay inside Telegram chat history between you and the character. Reverie does not sell data, does not expose chats to other users, and does not share them with third parties.
Is Reverie affiliated with the anime / game studios behind characters like Makima or Shadowheart?
No. Characters reimagined from existing fiction are fan-written interpretations by independent writers. Reverie is not affiliated with Tatsuki Fujimoto / MAPPA (Chainsaw Man), Larian Studios (Baldur's Gate 3), Square Enix (Final Fantasy), Koyoharu Gotouge / Ufotable (Demon Slayer), or any other original creator or publisher.
Is there NSFW content?
Reverie is designed for slow long-form conversation, not fast NSFW gratification. Some scenes can get adult organically; the platform isn't optimised for explicit content. If you specifically want NSFW-first chat, there are other Telegram bots in that lane that execute it better.
How do I open Reverie?
Tap this link. Telegram opens the bot directly. Tap Start. The character roster appears in the chat. Pick someone. Write the first line. That's it — no install, no signup, no account creation.
Can I delete my conversations?
Yes — through Telegram's normal "clear history" inside the chat. You can also reach out to support and ask for full account deletion if you want everything gone server-side.
Does Reverie work on iPhone / Android / desktop?
All of the above. Reverie runs inside Telegram, so it works wherever Telegram runs — iOS, Android, desktop apps (Mac / Windows / Linux), and the web client.
What if a character starts behaving out of character?
If you ever feel a character drifts — say so. They respond well to direct feedback. You can also /reset a specific conversation through bot commands to start fresh while keeping other characters' memory intact.
